I’m a Belgium and New Zealand registered physiotherapist with over 15 years of clinical experience in musculoskeletal pain, injury prevention, and post-surgery rehabilitation. My career has taken me from private practices to specialised clinical environments, including my time at the Artificial Limb Centre in Christchurch, New Zealand, an experience that deeply shaped the way I understand resilience, movement and care.

Throughout my work with patients from all walks of life, one truth became impossible to ignore: small habits have extraordinary power. I’ve seen how small and simple habits can shape long-term health. I’ve also seen how people benefit from clear and practical knowledge about their own bodies.
