About Me

I am a Belgian and New Zealand registered physiotherapist with over 15 years of experience in musculoskeletal injuries, post-surgical recovery and rehabilitation.

My career has taken me from private practice to specialized clinical environments, including my time at the Artificial Limb Centre in Christchurch, New Zealand; an experience that deeply shaped the way I understand resilience, movement, and care.

Throughout my work with patients from all walks of life, one truth became impossible to ignore: small habits have extraordinary power. Time and again, I have seen how tiny, sustainable changes can shape strength, mobility, confidence, and long-term health.

I have also seen how deeply people benefit when they are given clear, simple, evidence-based knowledge about their own bodies; especially as they age and naturally begin to lose muscle mass and feel the burden of aging.

This belief in education, empowerment, and prevention is what inspired me to create The EverWell Project; to transform knowledge into action and empower people to build habits that make a difference.
